ESOS Policies and Procedures

Delivery of courses to international students who come to Australia to study on a student visa, falls within the scope of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code).
