Student Adviser

Description:

The Student Adviser is responsible for providing a safe space for students to discuss sensitive information and for assisting students with the resolution of issues which in some cases requires a referral to relevant support services. Under guidance form the Manager, Student Support, a Student Adviser will also case mange student critical incidents. In some cases, students will be under 18 year of age and additional responsibility is required in accordance with UNSW Global’s compliance obligations.
