Refunds are issued in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to respectfully deny a refund application if we have offered schools reasonable opportunities to sit the ICAS Assessments.

We understand the importance that ICAS holds within school communities and remind you that an extended ICAS testing window is available, should your school choose to take advantage of this greater flexibility.
