UNSW Global Online Assessment Platform: Locked-Down Browser Readiness Test
What to expect:
A student device has passed the Locked-Down Browser Readiness Test if you can see both of these screens below on the device.
If you cannot see the two screens this means the device has not successfully connected to UNSW Global servers. Your network administrator will need to white list the UNSW Global servers based on the Client Network Firewall Configuration file which can be requested from UNSW Global customer service. Alternatively use your school’s UNSW Global school code and password to download from the toolkit section of the UNSW Global Shop.
The test could have failed because the latest version of the locked-down browser application (LDB) is not installed. If the LDB was installed before 9 August 2019, uninstall the old version and install the latest version.
