Description: |
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is a hands on role responsible for providing a high standard of service and assistance to all students and stakeholders from diverse cultures including but not limited to parents, agents, government departments and UNSW. The services provided by the Customer Service & Enquiry team reflect the quality and reputation of UNSW Global programs and the standing of the University. The team provides services to current students or those wishing to study with UNSW Foundation Studies (UFS) and UNSW Institute of Languages (UNSWIL).
This position is ideal for someone who can combine sound judgement with good communication skills, manage high volume enquiries and maintain the highest standards of service.
The successful applicant will need to obtain a new working with children check clearance number prior to commencing their role.

This is a hands on role managing the UNSW Global Customer Service and Enquiry team. This team is responsible for providing quality customer service to all students and stakeholders from diverse cultures including but not limited to parents, agents, government departments and UNSW. The services provided by the Customer Service and Enquiry team reflect the quality and reputation of UNSW Global programs and the standing of the University.
